Homeowner portal
Pay dues, submit maintenance requests, and read your community’s documents — any time, from any device.
What you can do here
Pay your dues
Pay a balance by card or bank transfer, or set up autopay so assessments clear on the first without you thinking about it. Payments post to your ledger the same business day.
Submit a maintenance request
Report an issue in a common area, attach photos, and follow the request through to completion — you see the assigned vendor and the status, not a black box.
Read your documents
CC&Rs, bylaws, rules, architectural guidelines, approved meeting minutes, budgets, and insurance certificates for your community, all in one place.
Keep up with your community
Board announcements, meeting notices, amenity closures, and emergency alerts — with email and text delivery you control.
Board members sign in with the same credentials and see additional sections: live bank balances, the full general ledger, paid invoices, delinquency reports, violation histories, and vendor contracts. If you were recently elected and don’t see board access, email contact@premierpropertymanagement.site and we’ll update your role.

Maintenance emergency?
Water intrusion, gas odour, electrical hazard, gate failure, or anything threatening safety in a common area — call, don’t submit a ticket. The line is answered live, 24 hours a day.
Your community’s emergency number is listed inside the portal and on the notices posted in your community.
Getting started
If your association is managed by Premier, you already have an account waiting.
New homeowners
Your account is created from the title company’s closing record, usually within five business days of recording. Watch for an activation email addressed to the owner of record.
Didn’t get an activation email?
Check spam first, then contact us with your property address. We may have an outdated email on file from the prior manager’s records.
Multiple properties
One sign-in covers every property you own in a Premier-managed community. Switch between them from the account menu; balances and documents stay separate.
Payments are processed by a PCI-compliant third-party provider. Premier does not store card or bank account numbers on its own systems.
