Privacy Policy

What we collect
We collect information you give us directly: your name, email address, phone number, association name, and anything you write in a contact or proposal form. If you use the homeowner portal, we hold the account and property records your association provides to us as its manager.
We also collect basic technical information automatically — pages visited, referring site, browser type, and approximate region — through analytics.
How we use it
To answer your inquiry, prepare a proposal, administer your association account, send you communications you asked for, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with vendors for their own marketing.
Payments
Assessment payments are processed by a PCI-compliant third-party provider. Premier does not store card or bank account numbers on its own systems.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies for essential site function and analytics. You can block cookies in your browser; the site works without them, though the homeowner portal requires a session cookie to keep you signed in.
Association records
Where we hold records on behalf of an association we manage, we act at the association's direction and under our management agreement. Owner records are disclosed to third parties only as required by the governing documents, the Utah Community Association Act, or law.
Retention
Inquiry and proposal records are kept for three years. Association records are retained per the association's document retention policy and applicable Utah law, and returned to the association on termination of our agreement.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time via the link in any message. To request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to correct it, contact us using the details below.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Portal access requires authentication, and financial disbursements require dual approval. No system is perfectly secure; we notify affected parties promptly if a breach involving personal information occurs.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a revised date.
